Brown and black artistic wood grain designs illustrate the front and back plasterboard covers. The front cover has a red border around it, while the printed words are in black. There are two holes punched through the covers and the interior pages, which are all held together with two silver key chain circles. There is also an illustration in red ink of fruit in a bowl in the center of the front cover, surrounded by the book's information. There is evident wearing on all the corners, and some discoloring of darker brown on the edges. There is also old pieces of scotch tape around the bottom hole on the back cover, along with several dark stains. The interior pages are a brown paper, with many "cooking stains" evident on many pages. Size: 5.75" x 9.25"
