Colour of war

Original colour footage is used to depict the allied nations of Australia and New Zealand, from the build up to World War Two to the end of the Vietnam Conflict. In three parts, newly discovered films, home movies and first-hand accounts illustrate the war experience on the battlefield and on the homefront.
