Bad Frank

Frank Pierce has a condition; impulse control disorder. He can't control his emotions and they can manifest themselves at any moment, usually with violent consequences. This condition has repeatedly gotten Frank into trouble with his family, as well as the law. Frank has done his best to reclaim his life and is trying to reconnect with estranged father, Charlie, a former cop turned alcoholic. When Frank's friend, Travis, runs into trouble with a local tough guy, he turns to Frank for help.
