The Manager has the unexpected gratification to announce a brief engagement with the accomplished American Actress, Mrs. Julia Dean Hayne, who, on her route to her home in Charleston, has been induced to remain and appear before her friends in Washington in a Farewell engagement previous to her retirement from the Stage. The Manager has the additional gratification to announce an engagement with the brilliant and accomplished Comedian, Mr. Chas. Bass who stands second to no Shaksperian actor living. Also, an engagement with the popular young Tragedian, Mr. Frank C. Bangs, who will make his first appearance in Washington for two years.
