Valuing diversity at the interpersonal level

In a fictional work setting--the Pompano Grill--employees face the issues of diversity in their relationships with one another and with their customers. Viewers are shown that culture and social history affect our perceptions and prejudices, causing communication gaps. Respecting and valuing all differences creates effectiveness in the workplace.
