American Catholicism and the intellectual ideal

Anthology of research materials that explores both the historical and the contemporary dimensions of the intellectual ideal and the standing of Roman Catholics in relation to it. Also contains biogrphical sletches and bibliographies. Bishp J. J. Wright of Pittsburgh wrote the forward to this book.
