About This Book

The data consist of two public opinion surveys conducted in November and December 1968, (December: ICPSR 7091) with samples of the adult German population. The two surveys used identical questionnaires. The data were collected by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. The questionnaires inquired about respondents' economic situation and the likelihood of inflation, the problems facing their communities and administrative responses to those problems, and evaluations of the Chancellor, President, and of the political parties.
