The New England connection

Hal, Bill and Colleen Murphy are all involved in law enforcement, as is their father. The three realize that they are working on cases (kidnapping women for porn) that are related, join forces, and solve the crime. The novel is set on Cape Cod, and explores the methods and relationships among local, state, and federal law enforcement.
