"Commercial Law". The book is intended to aid students of commercial law. In the Bulgarian law system, commercial law is an autonomous branch of law which regulates the status of commercial entities and the transactions they perform. Those who successfully complete the present course of study will have obtained basic knowledge about commercial entities, commercial corporations, the meaning of commercial corporation membership, commercial representation, commercial transactions, proceedings for liquidation or transformation of a commercial corporation, bankruptcy of a commercial entity and bankruptcy proceedings.
