Traditional knitting for children and bears

"Furze Hewitt's work in collecting and preserving old knitting patterns is well-known through the publication of several previous books with Kangaroo Press (most recently with *Heirloom Knitting for Dolls* and *High Fashion Knitting for Dolls*).
