Puerto Ricans and Higher Education Policies

This book focuses on issues of scholarship, fiscal policies, and admissions. The three essays included in the book address policy matters, either state policies that affect the university, or university policies that affect its different sectors. Particular attention is given to the level of participation of Puerto Ricans, among other traditionally excluded groups, in institutions of higher education in the United States.
