About This Book

Bread from Hell is issue three of 24-year-old Jerianne Thompson's Rejected Band Names personal zine; in this issue, she talks about her trip to Scotland, visiting European grocery stores, and what Europeans told her about Americans on the trip. The zine also contains anecdotes about talking to strangers in San Francisco, homesickness on Thanksgiving for her Tennessee home, and fortunes that she had collected from fortune cookies. The regular feature, Death's Corner, speaks on space deaths in this issue; there is also an article about how Jehovah's witnesses do not vote and comics drawn by the author. Thompson is also the editor of “Zine World: A Guide to the Underground Press” and is an administrator of Zine Wiki.
