The art culture’s formation in modern teacher’s professional development

The author considers the different scientific approaches to the concept of “art culture” and the future teachers' art culture development (this problem is studied in historical andpedagogical aspect); an analysis of the philosophical concepts, cultural studies, pedagogical ideas associated with the peculiarities of the art culture development and its impact on the development of the individual creative potential;the factors of pedagogical potential development of art culture are described; the position and the importance of the students of pedagogical universities' world art picture development are revealed.
A summary of the experimental work's results, conditions and didactic support of future teachers' professional development on the basis of the development of art and culture arepresented as well as changes in the level of students' professional development.
In the study it was developed a pedagogical activities' algorithm for the individual trajectories of future teachers' art culture's development.
A description of the experimental work (2007-2013 in the leading universities of the Russian Federation. Moscow, Ulyanovsk, Taganrog, Tula, etc.), aimed at overcoming theproblems identified in the training of future teachers is done.
The generalization of the results based on the mathematical and statistical analysis of parametric criteria.
