Data quality assessment of the national HIV and AIDS response

The Ghana AIDS Commission enlisted the services of Khulisa Management Services (Pty), Ltd to conduct an objective data quality assessment for HIV and AIDS services in Ghana. This report presents the Data Quality Audit (DQA) methodology, findings, and recommendations of the Assessment. The implementation of the recommendations will contribute towards the improvement of the design and performance of appropriate data management systems that generate quality data for Ghana's National HIV and AIDS Response.
