Taḥrīr al-ʻibārah fīman huwa awlá bi-al-ijārah

[A collection of five juridical tracts by Muḥammad Amīn, namely : (1) Taḥrīr al-ʻibārah, on the Muhammadan law of leases ; (2) Taḥbīr al-taḥrīr, a demonstration of the unsoundness of a decision given by the Qāḍi of Saida in a dispute with regard to a sale of property ; (3) Itḥāf al-dhakī al-nabīh, a solution of the legal enigma: ما يقول الفقيه ايده الله ٭ ولا زال عنده الاحسان ٭ في فتى علق الطلاق بشهر ٭ قبل ما بعد قبله رمضان; (4) al-Fawā’id al-mukhaṣṣaṣah, on Muhammadan law in relation to surgical cauterization ; and (5) a small collection of legal decisions.].
