The Author’s first novel Acefi takes place in the middle of Northern Haiti, with a typical working class family. A beautiful story told through the eyes of Acefi, a courageous young woman born in the early 1900s. The story start around pre invasion era to the Duvalier era. It depict family issues and concerns that most people can relate to.
