Otra literatura

"Otra literatura", by visual artist Jorge Méndez Blake (b. Guadalajara, México 1974), is an artist's book that deals with the idea of the Book: books, libraries and literature, from the complex field of writing. Is a work about books and uses its own support to refer to same itself. A complex book, visually fascinating, that can be read from either side, with different levels of reading. Each text has its particularity and, therefore, has its own space and context within the sheet of paper.
