About This Book
I read this book in the Ottawa Public Library in the 1960's. Since then it has been deleted. It is about how certain postures and slow deep breathing in sitting, standing, etc. leads to great strength without artificial exercise. The author based his theory on observations of "natural strongmen". Bodybuilders lost size and strength while away from the gym, but these natural strongmen did not. Unfortunately, the author's theory completely ignores the genetic basis of physical variation in humans and other animals. You cannot make a rottweiler out of a poodle. Bill Maxwell, Ottawa. Canada, 13 March, 2011.
