Hardcover ledger with gray covers and dark red corners. There is a decorative border and vertical rectangle in the center printed in black on both the front and back covers. The spine has six horizontal black lines across it, and the word "Records" is written in the upper half. At the bottom of the spine is the number 37 3/8, and the number 300. The edges of the pages are green. The inside pages are lined, and the minutes are all handwritten in cursive English. The minutes stop on page 158, and the rest of the pages, 159 - 300, are empty.
