This is Eugene, 1970

What appears to be a locally written, hand typeset book of exuberant boosterism for the Eugene Springfield area. Published in 1970 by The Drain Enterprise. Features many black and white photos of the area, lists of restaurants (with opinions offered on quality/ambience) hotels, annual events, sporting opportunities, parks, shopping and schools. There is some history of the town offered, some physical description of parts of the town (mostly downtown and campus area) and many subjective descriptions of Eugene and its residents.
