Computerized library and information network contracts

Report to assist the development of on-line open Canadian library and information networks by a) providing a basis for understanding and discussing legal aspects of the network, b) assisting network participants to understand and deal with the principal forms of contract which will exist in the emerging network, and c) fostering greater standardization of the forms and terminology employed.
