This colloquium addressed matters of such importance as the heritage of Mexico's railways, mines and other industrial architecture, which constitute important testimonies of historical moments and unique cultural evidence. This volume details concrete cases of salvage and conservation, as well as offering proposals for inclusion in the unesco̓s world heritage list.
