Interim specifications and methods of sampling and testing

"These Interim Specifications and Methods of Sampling and testing have been approved by a two-thirds majority of the membership of the Operating Subcommittee on Materials and have the full effect of an AASHTO Standard. They constitute an addendum to the twelfth edition of 'Standard Specifications for Transportation Materials and Methods of Sampling and Testing,' 1978, and to the 'Interim Specification and Methods of Sampling and Testing Adopted by the AASHTO Subcommittee on Materials.' 1979 and 1980."
