Problemy mezhdunarodnogo chastnogo prava

A collection of articles honoring the memory of L. A. Lunts (1892-1979), an outstanding Russian legal scholar specializing in international private law. The articles were written by his students and deal with various problem areas of international private law, particularly in connection with the adoption of the new Civil Code of the Russian Federation, including: international private law in the CIS [Commonwealth of Independent States], international transportation, foreign investments, customs regulations, international purchase/sales contracts, state immunity, autonomous economic zones, and international legal assistance.
