"In May 2020, months after the start of the COVID quarantine, the Centro de la Imagen started a series of virtual seminars that seek to have contact with important creators of Latin American photography. To this end, we asked our colleague Luis Camnitzer to propose a subject to be developed. The following text compiles the presentations during a seminar of ten meetings on art and ethics organized by the Centro de la Imagen de Lima. The issue arose when comparing ethical training in medical studies and comparing them with the lack of discussion of issues relating to ethics in the artist's academic training.
