In the future, the environment has been destroyed and the world is a series of contaminated deserts. When a girl named Marine washes up on the shore of Liber, one of the few remaining oases of civilization, a boy named Kazuya befriends her. But his community imprisons Marine believing her to be a subhuman creature, and Kazuya must find a way to save her.
