Recipes out of Bilibid

This book is about recipes conceived by allied prisoners of war who were interred at Bilibid Prison in Manila, Philippines during World War Two. By far, the subject of food was upmost in the minds of prisoners who were slowly starving and many of them thought up and exchanged recipes that were at best, future food for thought.
