Church and culture change in Africa

This is already the third publication of the South African Society for Missionary Studies (Suid-Afrikaanse Werkgemeenskap vir Sendingwetenskap). The papers read at the first two conferences of the Society, in January 1968 and January 1969, were published in Afrikaans. The third conference was held in Johannesburg, in January 1970, where the delegates were privileged to have Dr Eugene Nida of the American Bible Society as guest speaker. The other contributors to this volume are members of the Society. The conference theme was Church and Culture Change in Africa.
