Forms of the novel in the work of Camilo Jose Cela

Before proceeding to an examination of Cela's works, mention of the critical orientation of this study may prove of some assistance to the reader. My primary intent is to discuss the novels in order to underline the "proteic" nature of the structure of Cela's writings. This approach is descriptive rather than historical.
