El adobe

The main purpose of this work is to publicize the advantages of bioconstruction from a sustainable approach. The authors of the multidisciplinary publication intend to incorporate adobe as a product of cultural and architectural consumption, through which the fundamental role that women have in the habitability, construction and maintenance of houses with adobe is glimpsed. Although the general objective is to analyze the feasibility of reusing agave waste as a material with high added value in the construction of adobe for the promotion of sustainability, it is also proposed to emphasize its symbolic identity value in the Mexican context.
