the Committee on Military Affairs, to which were referred the messages of the President of the United States, of the 19th of February, 1831, and the 20th of January, 1832, recommending that provision be made by Congress to carry into effect a compromise of the title of the claimant of the island in the river Delaware, called "the Pea Patch", on which Fort Delaware is constructed, report.
