The book, originally a monthly report from the northern branch of the U.S. Information Service in India, describes the development and execution of a cultural and information program designed by Arthur Goodfriend. The program consisted of exhibits, lectures. and film shows. The program was presented in a number of cities in the Delhi consular district. The report was initially issued in early 1959.
