<div>Thin paperback booklet with full color illustrated pages inside. The illustrations show the exterior views of the homes, with the floor plans as well as an illustration of a room inside. The inside front and back covers are white pages with full text and two black and white photographs. The front and back covers are also fully illustrated and colored. The front cover has the title "Home and Garden" at the top, an illustration of a home in the center, and the name of the distributing company: "Argo-Summit Lumber Company" in Illinois. The back cover has a plan and illustration for "The Daytona" house plan. (Side note: Upon investigation into other catalogs with this title, it appears that the editions may have been printed alphabetically by the name of the house? This edition has "D" houses.)
