"The present document contains the mimeographed version (unedited) of the final decisions adopted by the Human Rigths Committee at its fifty-second, fifty-third and fifty-fourth sessions, in 1994 and 1995, under the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and made public after their adoption. It substitutes the Official record of the General Assembly, Fiftieth session, Supplement 40 (A/50/40) vol.II, until such a time as it can be issued."
