Minute book of the New York Theatre Company

The New York Theatre Company produced plays in New York City and Canada, from the time of its incorporation 28 August 1885 to 10 January 1894. Contains articles of incorporation, by-laws, minutes of regular, annual, and committee meetings; copy of the agreement with Daniel Frohman to manage the company's theatre, the Lyceum, in New York, and some of his reports; also some contracts with actors.
