Reinventing Government

It is about a new paradigm emerging in the public sectors as a response and critique to the old one. The New Public Management paradigm, NPM, is introduced and hopely applied its spirit to the government institutions and organization, the public sectors in particularly whose service to the public was regarded to ruled guided, slowly, bureaucratic, and inefficient and ineffective. The public sectors which conducted by the state actors still followed the old paradigme, Old Public Administration, which was oriented to the boss, the top-down commend system so the public cannot be got the really good service.
