Attorney General Eric Holder will be facing charges of contempt by the House Oversight Committee next week. The issue began with Holder suppressing certain details subpoenaed by the legislature on Oct 12, 2011 in regards to the Fast and Furious gunwalking inquest. The legislature said that the present government has not invoked its right over these records therefore it is ineffective for the Justice Department to conceal them.
