About This Book

Vincent J. Daly was a phony psychologist who later died in prison while serving a sentence for practicing medicine without a license in DC. He had less than one year of higher education. He convinced the Mississippi State Hospital and later the US Army that he had degrees from Oxford and the University of Berne (Austria) despite the fact that had never left the USA and the University of Berne in Austria does not exist. I knew him in NC in the 1950s; he was an evil man.
