The northern garden week by week

My grandmother wrote this book shortly after she moved here from England. She was disappointed by the lack of gardens in St. Paul Minnesota. Her goal was to have a garden which would have blooms all throughout Spring, Summer and Fall. She spent a great deal of time researching which plants would succeed. This was the first of three books which she published. The Northern Garden and the indoor gardener circa 1938. My dad refreshed the copy writes on these books April 1966.
