Absurd comedy featuring a group of picturesque characters. Two stowaways board the river boat at Torun. The ship's captain hires one of them as an organizer of cultural and social activities for the passengers. He appoints the committee to work out a special program in honor of captain's birthday. Rehearsals are arranged and passengers display their talents.
