Ebba Bohlin

A series of site-specific installations 'Transgressions' were created in Bergen, Stockholm and Helsinki as a Scandinavian axis. They all formed a wordless, bodily comment to the respective cities and the urban Scandinavian life. Important aspects of the works were a sense of unsurveyability and palpable materiality as well as a seminal sense of language. Together with each installation a poet was invited to create a parallel text work, transgressing the border between the visual and written.
