Just Cause the seven steps

This second edition of a book devoted to the seven tests of
just cause formulated by Arbitrator Carroll R. Daugherty, like
the first edition, reflects the conviction of Arbitrator Adolph M.
Koven that the tests represent a practical and effective way to
determine whether just cause is present for discharge or other
disciplinary action—or, applied prospectively, whether proposed
disciplinary action is firmly and fairly grounded.
