In addition to the happy good times on their frequent jaunts, Virginia Lee and her fellow club members find plenty to keep them interested and busy. A rummage sale to provide a bicycle for a would-be member who can't afford one, a Thanksgiving dinner for the town's needy, a snapshot contest, and many other lively events, keep both boys and girls abustle with exciting activity. And always in the forefront is Virginia Lee, directing, working, thoroughly enjoying her leadership of the gay crowd of happy young people.
