The book represents a long-term research project "Recuperation of the Local Memory," a topic recognized by the Colombian Ministry of Culture and held in different stages with the participation of a multidisciplinary group of professionals led by architect Maria Eugenia Beltrán. The study provides general information about the 12 municipalities of Quindio and follows 4 main lines of research: urban development, architecture, cultural manifestations and genealogy. Includes the local flag, hymn and other general information.
