"This booklet has been prepared by the writer because there is a demand for a reasonable concrete statement on the subject. A peace conference must have something besides glittering generalities or pretty platitudes. It is not to be expected that all persons will approve of every suggestion. We have arranged the War Aims with the things "We must" do first, then the "Must nots." On these points most people will agree. On other points "We might" agree. We will probably agree on part.
