Quail season

Quail Season, a compilation zine made by the band The Quails, compiles the work of radial queer activists and artists, including Dean Spade. Issue 2.5 includes a story about being a motionless street model, a speech by squatter Peter Plate, a list of websites that support radical causes, a discussion of terrorism and how it is affecting the country, a discussion of "white on white" education about racist practices, essays on post 9/11 McCarthyism, coming out and not fitting into the gender binary any longer. This zine also includes art and photographs by contributing artists.
