Pepys and the Revolution

When Arthur Bryant's three-volume study of Pepys first appeared it was received with unanimous acclaim by historians and literary critics alike. Now, forty years later, as its second and third volumes are at present out of print, Sir Arthur is republishing as a separate volume the story of Pepys and the Revolution of 1688, to which he has added an Epilogue about the great Secretary's and diarist's closing years.
