Modeling decisions for artificial intelligence

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Modeling Decisions for Artificial Intelligence, MDAI 2012, held in Girona, Catalonia, Spain, in November 2012. The 32 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 49 submissions and are presented with 4 plenary talks.
