Eventhough the book was written in the la late 80s by one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Amway and the creator of the educational system that boosted business growth among distributors in his line of sponsorship, the book is still true to many distributors. However, as times change, some new approches for contacting and inviting are being used by other successful entrepreneurs, but this does not mean the organizational development or the values and principles of Amway have changed.
