"In the year 2007, the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Planning of the Universidad de la República started a series of itinerant exhibitions on the work of prominent Uruguayan architects. The purpose of this initiative was to promote the architectural production outside academia, approaching a - non-specialized - general audience, while reaching different parts of the country. In this context arose the exhibitions dedicated to Juan Antonio Scasso, Luis García Pardo, Román Fresnedo Siri, Ildefonso Aroztegui and Justino Serralta-Carlos Clémot were opened in Montevideo and several ciites of the country. The sixth edition, dedicated to architects Octavio de los Campos, Milton Puente and Hipólito Tournier offers a review by the most representative works of the architectural firm, whose legacy includes the Building Centenario, the the local for the Sección Femenina de Enseñanza Secundaria y Preparatoria (female section of secondary and high school) - today the seat of the Instituto de Profesores Artigas - and the Perotti House. .
